Balboa was born as an idea to provide our customers with an urban food experience and offer them the opportunity to indulge in their food and drinks, undistracted whilst playing with their kids or enjoying themselves al fresco. Our goal was Balboa to be considered as substantial as a dining experience is. Our menu is strong, concise and well developed, travelling from the selling wares of New York city to clandestine Mexican taquerias.

Consisted of personalised food trucks and kiosks, offering mouth-watering food, handcrafted drinks and all-time classic snacks, always insisting on originality, Balboa has already left its own, unique footprint.
